Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms


Classes can be rescheduled by the client anytime up until 7 days before the class is due to start.


The client will be responsible for any costs incurred associated with changes to the instructor travel arrangements that occur as a result of such a rescheduling.

Paid bookings cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be offered.

All rescheduling requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@trainingperformance.com.


While we make every effort to deliver classes as scheduled, very rarely trainers become ill or are unavailable, which may require us to reschedule a previously confirmed class. In such cases, we will inform the Client as soon as possible and agree an alternative training date. If new date cannot be agreed the Client will be entitled to a full refund. Training Performance is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Client, as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling.
